Our return policy is 14 days, starting from the day of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the original apparel should still be in its wrapping (unworn). Unfortunately, we cannot accept used apparel for refund. The amount refunded will be the original purchase price less shipping costs at time of original purchase. Additionally, the customer must pay any shipping costs for return of the apparel.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The amount refunded will be the original purchase price less shipping costs at time of original purchase.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on sale items. All sales are final for sale items.
We only replace items that need to be exchanged for a different size or if the item is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange this item, send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, provide the reason for the exchange, and we will provide you with the mailing information for where to send the apparel. Please note: with all shipments, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.
